AcmeExperience Marketing Private Limited (“ACME”) is an experiential marketing and event management company providing customised professional services including corporate events, marketing events, brand activations, artist management, live experiences, virtual events and related services.
1. Delivery of Services
Services are delivered in accordance with the scope, specifications, timelines, event dates and deliverables mutually agreed with each client through proposals, estimates, contracts, purchase orders, work orders, email approvals or other written commercial arrangements. As ACME primarily provides customised professional and event management services, conventional product shipping and delivery are generally not applicable. Where any physical materials or event-related deliverables form part of an agreed project scope, their delivery shall be governed by the specific terms and timelines agreed with the client for that project.
2. Event and Project Timelines
The date and location of an event, activation or other service delivery shall be as mutually agreed between ACME and the client. Any change, postponement or cancellation shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable contractual or commercial terms and ACME’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
